El propósito principal de este artículo es valorar las imágenes monetalea hispánicas en su condición de emblemas políticos y étnicos para aquellas comunidades que las adoptan. Se analizan primero algunos de los focos iniciales de amonedación, Emporion y Gadir. La Segunda Guerra Púnica y la romanización de la Península abrirán otra etapa, en la que destaca la clara diferencia en las imágenes que proyectan, a través de las monedas, cada una de de las dos provincias hispanas

Power Factor Corrector Design applied to an 85-kHz Wireless Charger

Wireless charging technology extends the battery autonomy by allowing more flexible and practical ways of recharging it even when the electric vehicle is on move. The frequency conversion, which is required to generate a kHz-ranged magnetic field, also leads to considerable harmonics. As a result, the power factor and the corresponding efficiency decrement. This paper proposes a Power Factor Corrector which overcomes this drawback. The most relevant feature of the designed Power Factor Corrector is that it does not need any electrical signal from the secondary side to adjust its operation properly. Which aspects of educational policies with ICT in Spain should we assess?

La evaluación es requerida para cualquier plan o programa llevado a cabo por las Administraciones Públicas con el fin de observar o definir el grado e impacto que estos planes tienen en la sociedad y la educación, particularmente. El objetivo de este artículo es proporcionar información que facilite el diseño de una evaluación con el fin de ver el impacto que las políticas educativas TIC están teniendo en la enseñanza no universitaria española. Para ello, se va a proponer un modelo de categorías e indicadores cuya finalidad es evaluar qué iniciativas se han puesto en marcha desde la aplicación de las políticas educativas TIC. Se podrá ver una diversidad de indicadores los cuales están vinculados al uso de las herramientas y contenidos digitales, y su aprovechamiento cognitivo, a conocer cómo se ha desarrollado la dotación de infraestructuras y componentes tecnológicos por parte de la Administración, y cómo se ha adaptado la formación permanente del profesorado a las necesidades generadas con la incorporación y uso de las TIC en los centros escolares.The evaluation is required for any plan or program that is carrying out by the Public Administrations in order to observe or define the impact that these plans have in society and education, particularly. The aim of this report is to provide information about the design of an evaluation in order to see the impact that ICT educational policies have on the Spanish nonuniversity education. For that, it will be proposed a categories and indicators model whose purpose is evaluate which initiatives have been launched since the implementation of ICT educational policies. It is possible to see a variety of indicators which are linked the use tools and digital content and the development of the existing infrastructure and technology components. Also it is important see how it has adapted teacher training to the needs generated by the incorporation and use of ICT in schools

El bitcoin en la sociedad de hoy

En este trabajo vamos a centrarnos en el estudio del bitcoin y de sus características más esenciales. El bitcoin es una moneda basada en un protocolo que surge gracias al avance de las tecnologías y que busca convertirse en la moneda de un mundo globalizado. A priori, podemos decir que debido al desconocimiento por parte del público en general y a la volatilidad de sus precios, este protocolo genera gran desconfianza y no cuenta con un apoyo mayoritario dentro de la sociedad. Por lo que a lo largo de este trabajo trataremos de averiguar si esto puede cambiar en un futuro.In this research we are going to be focused in the study of bitcoin and all its most important characteristics. Bitcoin is a coin based in a protocol which appears thanks to the advance of technologies and which searches to become the coin of a globalized world. Before starting the research, we can say that due to the ignorance of general public and the volatility of its prices, this protocol causes distrust and does not have the majority support within society. Nuevas aportaciones al estudio de unas monedas de taller incierto

Este artículo aporta nuevos datos arqueológicos y numismáticos para el análisis de unas monedas, cuyo lugar de emisión desconocemos al carecer de leyenda toponímica, pero que pueden ser adscritas al territorio controlado por la ciudad de Obulco. Por ultimo presentamos dos epígrafes que pueden servir para encuadrar a los antiguos habitantes de las circunscripciones rurales en el seno de la sociedad municipal de Obulco

The role of poplar afforestation in the landscape dynamics of the middle and low course of Pisuerga River (20th and 21th centuries)

Las repoblaciones forestales con frondosas de crecimiento rápido han sido, y continúan siendo hoy, elemento y factor claves en la configuración del mosaico paisajístico de los valles interiores de la cuenca del Duero. En los tramos medio y bajo del río Pisuerga, la ubicación de las “choperas” en los sectores próximos a las márgenes fluviales - como principal alternativa productiva a la actividad agropecuaria - adquirió especial relevancia durante la segunda mitad del siglo XX, prolongándose también en los inicios del siglo XXI. El resultado es la consolidación de un continuo forestal con implicaciones socioeconómicas, ecológicas y paisajísticas distintas en el paisaje ribereño heredado de finales del siglo XIX. Con objeto de conocer el signo y la intensidad de estas dinámicas, sus efectos y los agentes implicados, se presenta un análisis de la evolución del elemento forestal y de su relación con el espacio fluvial y ribereño, desde una aproximación compleja, multidimensional y transdisciplinar. La búsqueda de información documental y bibliográfica, la elaboración de un SIG específico para el ámbito de estudio y la aplicación e interpretación de los datos obtenidos de los “Índices del paisaje”, son los principales recursos de la propuesta metodológica definida para esta investigación.The poplar afforestation projects have been, and remain today, one of the most important elements in the landscape evolution of the Duero River Basin. In the middle and low courses of Pisuerga River, the location of these “poplar projects” next to the river banks took special relevance, as the main productive alternative to farming, during the second half of the twentieth century, also extending in early twenty-first century. The result has been the consolidation of a “forest continuum” with different socio-economic, ecological and landscape consequences for the riparian landscape of Pisuerga River, which was inherited from the late nineteenth century. In order to know the tendency and intensity of these dynamics, their effects and the role of the different agents that were involved, we analyse the evolution of the “poplars” in the landscape of the valley, and its relation to the river and the riparian areas, from a complex, multidimensional and transdisciplinary approach. The search for documental and bibliographic information, the creation of a specific GIS for the Pisuerga River and the application of the “Landscape Metrics”, are the main resources of the methodology defined for this research

A Grammar of Tapiete (Tupi-Guarani)

This dissertation provides a linguistic description of Tapiete, a Tupi-Guarani (TG) language spoken in Argentina, Bolivia and Paraguay. Fieldwork has been conducted in Argentina, where about 80 Tapiete families are settled in "Misión Los Tapietes", Tartagal, province of Salta, northern Argentina. Thus, the linguistic data and the results of this study reflect the variety spoken by the Tapietes living in Argentina. The main features of Tapiete phonology, the nominal and the verbal morphology, as well as the syntactic structure are investigated. At the lexical level, a vocabulary of 2049 entries and 400 subentries is provided based on the information gathered through the elicitation of lexical questionnaires and texts. Specifically, this dissertation investigates the expression of possession in Tapiete, as its default marker of possession has developed from a functional extension of the default marker of possession, t-, of Class II nouns in TG languages. In addition, a further formalization of the alienable/inalienable opposition occurs, expressed through the existence of different sets of third person markers.In addition, this work discusses the restructuring of the cross-reference system in Tapiete. Specially, it describes the lack of an overt marker of third person for verbs that belong to Jensen's Set 1, with the exception of monosyllabic roots, and the encoding of the first person active and inactive plural exclusive through the verbal root marked for third person, together with the affixation of the TG nominalizing morpheme -ha. In addition, the Tapiete version of Jensen's Set 4 person markers differs from that of TG languages: while in TG languages these forms are portmanteau morphemes that encode a first person singular or plural acting on a second person singular (e.g. TG oro-) or a first person singular or plural acting on a second person plural (e.g TG opo-), in Tapiete, both forms encode a first person singular, with no possibility of their being interpreted as plural. Finally, Tapiete has developed a paradigm of reflexive person markers that comes from a reinterpretation of the prefixation of the a- and i- person markers which encode the agent and the patient, respectively
